Blackpool 2006

We were invited by some our class members to join them in Blackpool for the Kingshill Linedance weekend at Norbreck Castle - A great and exhausting time was had by everyone - In fact our party was the biggest single contingent numbering nearly 50 - out of a total of about 600 - Many thanks to Karen and Lesley for organising everything and to Mal for the Bowling trip.

Saturday PM windswept and wet by the famous tower!
	No dancing Saturday afternoon so lets get worn out doing something else - Many thanks to Mal for organising a bowling outing - Oops that's my back gone

WEST HALLAM WELL DRESSINGS

Did you notice the macaw dancing on Cynthia's shoulder - this is a famous bird (not Cynthia) it starred in the movie 'Pirates of the Caribbean' !

Any way you all looked great - and did really well, despite the slope and the tarmac dance floor ! Well done to all

TICKNALL FUND RAISER

Thanks to all who came to this Fundraiser on the 14th Jan

A good time was had by all and over Ł200 was raised for the Garden Club.

Ticknall Garden Club - January 15th 2005

Jetsets provided social dancing and some teaching for novices at the Ticknall Garden Club fund raiser in January 2005. The regular dancers put on a great show and Several Garden club members who hadn't line danced before got up, joined in, and learnt four dances in one night!
